The Relationship Between Sleep, Memory, and Mental Health
Sleep seems to be at the root of cognitive and emotional restoration. In this presentation, we will review the recent findings showing the patterns of brain activity that occur during normal sleep to ensure healthy processing of memories and emotions and what goes wrong in sleep-disturbance related cognitive and mental health problems.
